The Council meets to listen to people who want to present their submission in person.

We consider your feedback.
The Council meets to consider all of the submissions received and make decisions about changes to the proposed budgets and projects.
29 June
We make final decisions and adopt the Long Term Plan.
The Council meets to formally approve the LTP 2021-31 – including changes made as a result of the submissions received. Once adopted, the document will be available on our website, at libraries and Council offices.
